Nicole is the Founding Attorney of Sodano Law PLLC. Her knowledge and experience in civil litigation spans across multiple states and jurisdictions. Nicole is licensed to practice law in Florida, New York, New Jersey, Washington D.C. and the Federal Courts in the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. She is proud to be a Plaintiff's attorney focused on helping people with their Property needs. She focuses her practice on litigating denied, underpaid or below deductible insurance claims. She also practices real estate law focusing on assisting buyers and sellers with real estate closings. Nicole is personally involved in all claims at her firm and zealously litigates on behalf of her clients from inception through trial. Every claim is handled with individual focus and personalized care.
Nicole has a depth of knowledge and experience in general civil litigation and contract law. Prior to starting Sodano Law PLLC, she has experience assisting in opening law firms and practicing in multiple states simultaneously, working in both litigation and bankruptcy for asbestos related claims at a nationally recognized firm and drafting and litigating complex business contracts. She has been practicing in insurance law for several years and enjoys helping homeowners whose claims were wrongfully denied or underpaid by their insurance company.
Nicole is a double alumnae of the University of Central Florida (UCF) where she graduated with Honors and on the Dean's List with her Bachelors and Masters degrees. She went on to graduate law school from Barry University School of Law where she was the Vice President of the Student Bar Association and graduated with an Honors Certificate.
In her spare time, Nicole volunteers pro bono to assist non-profit animal rescues with their legal needs. She also loves spending time with her family and is married with two small boys.
